All product shipped from Go Get Computer Solutions are shipped free of charge.  You just pay for your product and delivery is on us.

Return Policy

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new and refurbished pre-owned products.

90 Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. 

Before you accept delivery of your device or accessories, please inspect it.

If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you accept delivery or if you picked up your product, or if we delivered it personally and there is a issue after delivery you can contact us daily @ (856) 209-4768 to either be reimbursed or to exchange for another product. 

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
