What if I am under Manufacturer’s Warranty?

At GGCS, if your device is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we waive the diagnostic fee and can often conduct most warranty repairs On-The-Go. (For Free) We always ensure that our work doesn't void your warranty. If you're covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, both the diagnostic and most repairs are provided free of charge. This means you can bring in your device (On The Go Van) without worrying about additional costs and have our expert technicians handle the repair hassle-free. We've got you covered.

If I order a product, how will I receive it?

Most product purchases from us come with door-to-door delivery service. We bring your items directly to you, ensuring you don't have to wait for delivery.

How long will it take to get my Computer or Laptop Serviced?

Computer repair times vary depending on the type of repair needed, but many services can be completed on the same day.

When we arrive to you for your appointment, a technician will assess your computer's, gaming systems, CCTV and other device issues and give you an estimate of how long the repair process will take. Normal repairs are 2 hours.

The technician will keep you informed throughout the process, so feel free to ask for updates if you have any concerns or questions about the status of your repair.
